I can't figure out, why I can't hear any sounds on the zone. I've had this problem for about a week now.
I've checked all of my volume levels, and I've even reset my sound card to its default values. I've also went into my account options and made sure that sounds are turned on. At one point, I even tried turning them off, and back on again, but nothing has worked. My sounds work fine on other web sites. I can't even hear the audio profiles.
Hopefully, someone will have a suggestion or 2, that I can try.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure. I had always been able to hear the log on sound when new people logged in. One day it just quit. I still get the message sounds and everything. When someone logs in, it just kind of pops and I can't figure it out either. My husband's computer does this too. Shrugs.

Try clearing your cache. I had this problem once, and that seemed to fix it. I cleared my cache, cookies, browser history, the works. Fixed the problem.
I tried clearing everything, and it didn't help. This just started happening about a week ago.
I even looked to see if I installed any new software, but I can't think of anything, that would have messed up my sounds.

I finally got my zone sounds working again. I tried so many different things, but nothing would work.
Today, I broke down, and did a system restore and that fixed the problem. I just wish I knew what caused this to happen in the first place.
Oh well.
